Six Android browsers enter the ring, one reigns supreme

The beauty of using an Android device is to have choices, lots and lots of choice. Availability of third-party applications or web browser to fill completely replace the stock Android browser is no exception.

But what is the best browser you may be wondering?

Take a look at the figure above showing the speed of the 2.1 and 2.2 browsers stock, 2.0 and Skyfire, Opera Mini, Dolphin HD, and Mozilla Fennec. Skyfire browser seems to be the fastest of all browsers, but stock does not fall behind too. Mozilla slowness could be attributed to its status as alpha / beta application.
